King Kahuna Guarantee
All King Kahuna beanbags are hand made to ACCC standards and double stitched with nylon bonded threads. Only the highest quality materials are used. The one year guarantee covers the unlikely advent of faulty material or workmanship but excludes misuse, neglect and standard wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required.

Conditions of Guarantee
a) Your King Kahuna product will be repaired or replaced without charge at the manufacturer’s discretion, provided the product is defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects during the life of your guarantee
b) Guarantee shall not apply if product is:
o Soiled
o Burned
o Punctured
o Neglected
o Is in an unsanitary condition
o Carelessly or unreasonably treated
o Abused, damaged or used in any manner other than it’s intended purpose
o Cleaning the bag contrary to manufacturers cleaning guidelines
c) Guarantee is also invalid if product is/ has:
o Taken apart
o Tampered with or altered
o Repaired or serviced by any un- authorized service companies
o Brand logos, tags and warning labels are removed
d) This guarantee is valid only to the original purchaser and is not
Transferable or assignable
The purchaser is required under this guarantee to provide proof of purchase.
e) In the event you observe a defect, immediately contact the retailer from who you purchased the product. If you are unable to contact the retailer, contact King Kahuna Pty. Ltd. Directly, 03 9388 2008. You must supply proof of date and place of purchase.
f) We will repair or replace products at our discretion.

Safety Guarantee
King Kahuna meets and exceeds consumer product safety standards (of the trade practices act 1979) and consumer products safety standards Australia. All King Kahuna Bean Bags and Bean Bag Liners are fitted with child-resistant zips to avoid unnecessary mess and potential hazards. The appropriate warning labels are fitted and clearly displayed on all our products.

Child-Proof Safety Zip
The zipper tabs have been removed to prevent children opening the bag.
To Open: insert paper clip, safety pin, etc. into hole on side of zipper head, there is a small bar in there, (the locking mechanism) the pin must be under it, then gently lift and slide open. If the zip doesn’t move freely DO NOT FORCE, reinsert pin and try again. NEVER USE PLIERS: Forcing of the zip by hand or using any other implement other than prescribed method will void the guarantee. All zips are checked at time of manufacture.
